I finally decided it was time to make a drastic change, and Greg was the best person I could have chosen. I went from 190lbs of fat to 155lbs of ripped, lean muscle with Greg in 18 months, and I've been able to maintain it with the tools he taught me.

Greg's dedication to his clients is amazing! His motivation never ends, and he thrives on getting you the results you want. I've been in a lot of gyms, and I've never seen a trainer like Greg. He's right there, coaching you on every rep, finding your limits and encouraging you to push past them--he's completely focused on you. No unsafe cross-fit, boot camp, or TRX training, just classic, results-driven bodybuilding. He definitely works out smarter, not harder. His small group training is unique in the industry, and you don't get any less attention from him. There's even a sense of competition with your gym partners that makes you push harder.

Greg also teaches you how to fuel your body for the best performance. His nutritional plan is easy to follow and isn't just a diet, it's tools to eat better for life. The best part, he practices exactly what he preaches.

All I can say is that if you want to train with the best, these guys are it. I talked to a LOT of trainers before hiring them and realized that most of them were pretty much worthless; they might motivate you for a while, but these guys really practice what they preach.

I've made more progress in the 4 months I've been with them than I have in years on my own.

All I can say is do a session with them and see what I'm talking about: I think its really important to actually test drive anybody you will be spending so much time with before hiring them; and compare the workout you get with them to any of the other trainers.

Its tough; you're going to be sore for a while at first; and they will kick your *** to put it mildly. It is however become the part of the day I look forward to most. Go figure.

Greg is hands down the best trainer EVER!!! I've had trainers in the past, and they don't compare. He is incredibly knowledgable and very cognizant of peoples needs and limits. And, as a female, I'm comfortable with him 100%. There's Zero creep factor with him. When I started training with him 3 months ago, I could barely walk-I was on bed rest for 5 months for pregnancy and had a challenging delivery. I went from not being able to stand for more than 20 minutes without pain to hiking 3 mile hikes with a smile last week!!! I've lost weight and toned up too. I LOVE seeing him (even though he puts me to work).

I have been training with OC Trainer since February of this year and the results I have received are tremendous! Since I started training I have lost a total of 10 pounds and I honestly couldn't have done it without Jessica Jordan. Weight training has done wonders for my body and it has given me more energy than I know what do with!

Obviously there is a lot more to losing weight than simply just working out. A balanced diet is an absolute must when you are looking for results. Essentially, Jessica provided me with a great diet plan and combining the two allowed me to achieve my weight goals much faster! If you are looking for a trainer OC trainer is a great choice!

I have been battling the bulge for many, many years. I have tried every fad diet, hired and fired upwards of 20 different trainers. But then I met Greg Faunce! Amazing, caring, compassionate, intelligent, educated and practices what he preaches! Greg took the time to put together a custom meal plan specific to my weight, age and goals. Not only that, but he is always available to talk to, by email, phone or text. He is the first trainer I have met that actually cares about his clients and motivates you constantly. I lost 5.2 pounds just in the first 5 days AND I didn't have to go to the gym! I have since moved to Bakersfield and am willing to commute to OC so I can start hitting the gym with him. You are what you eat. This concept is a hard one to swallow for the average person looking to get into shape.
